 We meet and exceed state safety regulations and follow national best practices for early childhood education. 

 Our facility is located inside the Alliance YMCA and features secure, monitored entry points to ensure only authorized individuals access classrooms. 

 All team members are certified in CPR, first aid, and child abuse prevention, and receive ongoing training in trauma-informed care and classroom safety protocols. 

 We maintain updated emergency plans, conduct regular fire and safety drills, and are equipped to respond quickly and effectively to any situation. 

 We follow strict hygiene practices including handwashing, toy sanitization, and regular cleaning of all high-touch surfaces. 

 Through the CACFP (Child and Adult Care Food Program), we provide healthy, balanced meals at no additional cost to families. 

We offer diapers, formula, and other essentials to reduce stress and help families stay focused on their child’s well-being.
